Can I buy a car as a private buyer? |

Yes, but we don't know the law of your country regarding this. We cannot offer advice on the method you use to acquire a car or introduce you to a car dealer. Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some car models. You need to check your country's registration laws before you begin the purchasing process. |

Can I buy car/ cars that are not listed on your stock? |

Do you give any warranty for the vehicles? |
|
| |
No, we don't give any warranty, but we disclose any interior/exterior damage, the distance the car has been driven, etc. We report this information in accordance with our vehicle grading system (Inspection grade) by our inspector after doing general maintenance, so you can understand the condition of the car you are buying. |

Do you accept cancellation? |
|

The deposit is refundable before we get the car from the auction. But all the cost (ex, Inspection Fee, Bidding Fee, Bank Charge) is deducted from the deposit. After we get your car, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel after we bought vehicles and you paid all the payment, 60% of total payment you paid is not refunded.
After we confirm the shipment, no money will be refunded. |

We accept all payment via bank wire transfer (T/T) only, at moment. We do not accept any payment by credit card and other mode Please note that all bank transfer charges should be paid by customer. |

How much is shipping charge? |

Please contact us because shipping charges are different by shipping company and changes depend on season, fuel charge and etc. |

Can I insure my shipment? |

Since our treading term is FOB JAPAN (Free on Board which include, price of the vehicle, Japan-side procedure costs, transportation from yard to port, customs clearance, shipping, documentation), insurance is not included in the cost of shipping. |

How long it will take to reach cars? |

It may take about 3 to 5 weeks after a vessel leaves Japanese port to the destination. We use best shipping company for destination port as per services. We have tie-up with different shipping companies for different destination ports. |

What documents will I receive? |

You can receive the following documents by EMS, DHL, etc immediately after vehicle shipment: |
